The villa is located within Polaris World’s La Torre Golf Resort just a 20 minute drive from San Javier Airport, Murcia and 5 minute drive to the train station at Balsicas.

La Torre Golf Resort is a self-contained ‘gated’ resort with Mediterranean-style whitewashed villas, townhouses and apartments.

Built around a town centre and lake, the resort offers a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, 18 hole-golf course, on-site clubhouse, 12 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, tree-lined avenues and landscaped gardens.

 

The resort has three bars including a golf bar/snack bar, sports bar and Irish bar, an ice-cream parlour as well as five restaurants: Tapas, Spanish, Italian, international chill out bar/restaurant with outdoor pool and an international buffet.

There is also a bank, travel shop, golf shop, internet access, supermarket, health centre, beauty salon and hairdressers, hospital, playgrounds, school, 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.

Guests have access to the resort’s 18-hole par 68 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including Mar Menor, Torre Pacheco and La Manga.
